I´ve ridden from Vancouver Canada and am now in Peru, with 17,000km on a pretty fully loaded bike. I´m running 700c wheels and tires are impossibe to find here. <br /><br />I would really like a Basic Loaded Tourer for the next trip, but I´d also like 26¨ wheels (for strength as well as parts availability). I´d need a larger frame size. The wheels ...I'll try to answer your questions.<br />The wheels are 36 hole 2010 Deore LX, with 14 guage Stainless Spokes, and Alex Adventure rims.
